Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If you entered the wrong address, please let us know at whitewater.atelier@gmail.com before the order is shipped. You will receive mail when the order is shipped.

Taxes and Fees:

It depends on your location. Please note that import fees for your order are not included with our shipping fees. You bear these costs, including any other extra charges introduced by your local authorities.

Return Policy: 

We understand that some things have to be tried in the comfort of your own home. To make the return process as simple as possible, we have introduced a return procedure through your personal Account. 

How to request a return:

• Log in to your account: Log in to your personal account.
• Find your order: In the orders section, locate the order for which you wish to request a return.
• Request a return: Select the option to request a return and follow the provided instructions.
• Receive the return shipping label: Once you have completed the return request, we will send you the return shipping label via email.
• Prepare the package: Securely pack the product and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package. To ensure a smooth return process, please kindly make sure that all items being returned are unworn and still have the hygiene sticker and handtag attached. 
• Send it back: Take the package to the designated shipping location as indicated in the instructions and send it back to us.

Timelines and Conditions:

• Return Period: The return must be requested within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
• Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, with labels and packaging intact. All items returned have to be unworn and still have the hygiene sticker and handtag attached. 
• Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
